We have an upstairs garden sleeping room for only $35 per night for single occupancy. Additional guests are $10 each. Use of outdoor mini kitchenette, wireless internet and shared bathhouse with hot outdoor shower. Discounts available on weekly and monthly rates.

We also have a treehouse available for adventurous travelers, with a community outdoor kitchen, propane stove, and wireless dsl. You also have a choice of  green compost toilet, or optional flush toilet for your convenience. Yes, it's in a real banyan tree! Prices are $45 per night for single occupancy, $50 for double occupancy.

 A Beautiful Day Gardens is an excellent tropical location setting. Only 45 minutes to the active  Kilauea volcano on the Island of Hawaii, 20 minutes to Pahoa and 25 minutes to downtown Hilo. Please note that there is often morning and evening rush-hour traffic to and from Hilo, so be sure to allow for extra driving time during these times. Also, some of the roads to the property are on gravel and can be rugged, so be prepared for a bumpy ride along the way. 

Currently there is a new lava flow that reaches the ocean where visitors can drive up, take a short walk and view the event! We are a short 45 minute drive to this location, so this will be a perfect place to stay if you are coming to see the new flow.
